Programs
Professional Development
TAP’s Professional Development program focuses on helping community members develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in the workplace and life. A variety of workshops on topics such as networking, improv. comedy, goal planning, etc. aim to fulfill the needs of young professionals looking for self development.
Community Development
TAP-Boston gives back to our local community by partnering with non-profit organizations such as the Greater Boston Food Bank, Room to Grow and Pine Street Inn. The relationships we build with them allow TAP to serve the needs of the Greater Boston community.
EDGE Mentorship
EDGE is an 8-months long program that provides a forum for college students to engage with young Taiwanese-American working professionals in the area. Through workshop programs and one-on-one mentoring sessions, students are able to learn about professional development topics including career insights, resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and more. This year we have included personalized project-based learning to help college students build skills and gain deeper knowledge to add to their resume/portfolio.

Mentors
Our mentors are accomplished young professionals and graduate students in the TAP network who survived the journey from college into their post-graduate dreams and want an opportunity to pay it forward.
Mentees
Our mentees are motivated undergraduates from local Boston universities.
